     Obese  or over 40 aged  people, it's difficult for them to practice lotus position. Birasanera measures for their benefit. Birasana is called sukhasana

     Method : lotus-like broken right foot from the left knee and put it on the knees - the right heel on the left abdominal muladhara touch. Now the left leg below the knee, break the right foot and sit  straightly. This practice is like a lotus seat.


     Benefits : practice this seat is a lotus-like gain.
